A wonderful pair of original 'Gaudi' chairs by Vico Magistretti, dated 1970.
Made from compression moulded "Reglar" fibreglass and reinforced polyester, the arms are integrated into the single piece construction.
The set are an excellent example of Magistretti's almost functionalist simplicity, combined with the smooth lines of Italian style that were to become so popular across the world.
Structually the pair are in excellent condition. There is some white paint on one chair and they would be revitalised by a respray. The green chair is of its' original colour.
